Making Math a Corner “Stone” of Learning

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.  We have been busy with a FABULOUS  trip to Walt Disney World and Daytona Beach.  The weather was warm with a few showers and storms, but it usually didn’t effect our plans for the day.  Clare and Caroline are both playing softball, so we have nights spent at the ball park.  I was able to see the Albany boys team play a great game.  Hopefully the girls and I can make to some more of the RBMS students’ summer ball games; I would love to watch you play!   Those of you that went to DC I hope you came home with many fun memories.  Have a SAFE and FUN summer; hopefully more swimming pools will warm up soon (just need this rain to stop for awhile).

Monday–Test 8  *start Lesson 46 (white), although it is not due until TH.

**Jack and Jill Track Meet @ Home on Monday.

Tuesday–Problem Solving Video  *work on Lesson 46 (pink), although it is not due until TH.

**Tri-County Musical Festival in Tampico; students leave at 11:45.

Wednesday–Read, Explain, and Assign Lesson 46 (white),  it is due TH.

**12:30 Early Dismissal on Wednesday**

Thursday–  Study Island.  Grade and check Lesson 46 (white)

Friday–Line Design from “scratch” using directions provided.  Must be colored and you must use a compass, ruler/straight edge, a protractor, and a SHARP pencil.  This activity will need to be completed when you come to class on Tuesday, May 4th.
