Everything other than multiple choice, fill in the blanks, and math must be written and answered in complete sentences.  Again if this is not followed, the student will lose points.  ALL WORK WILL BE COMPLETED IN PENCIL UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY MYSELF!!

All papers must have the following information in the upper right hand corner of the paper:

·        NAME (FIRST AS WELL AS FIRST INITIAL OF LAST NAME as well as NUMBER)

·        DATE

·        CLASS (SUCH AS SPELLING, MATH, ETC.)

·        ASSIGNMENT (SUCH AS PG. 2 # 2-14)
